Refund Policy

We do not offer returns, exchanges, refunds, or cancellations on any orders. All orders are carefully packaged for shipping and great care goes into packaging each and every order.

 

If your order arrives damaged it must be reported to mountainfloralgifts@outlook.com the same day the package arrives: Your email must include your name, order number, and photos you have of the product, packaging materials, and photos of the box must be provided in the message for review of the claim. We reserve the right to refuse service because of fraud or for any other reason we deem necessary.
